Praga Bohema stars at Red Bull Showrun 2024
Formula One and Praga took over the streets of Prague on Saturday 17th August as the Red Bull Showrun 2024 arrived in the Czech Republic capital.
With over 20,000 spectators flanking the landmark street of Rohanské nábřeží, a packed programme of demonstrations saw the road-legal Praga Bohema make a rare public appearance. The hand-built hypercar starred alongside the legendary RB7 Formula One race car, piloted by British F1 racer David Coulthard, a motorcycle stunt display by Red Bull extreme athlete Arūnas ‘Aras’ Gibieža, and a high-octane drifting show.
For the special event, the Bohema was driven by Praga test driver, Czech professional racing driver, and Formula One commentator, Josef Král, with his Nova Sport TV co-presenter, Stevo Eisele, in the passenger seat. In addition to showcasing the Bohema’s race car looks, Josef Král also thrilled spectators with a glimpse of the Bohema’s 700hp engine and performance capabilities during the dynamic display.

To be here with Red Bull Racing, 117 years since the first Praga road car drove on these very streets, is a special new landmark in Praga’s history.”
The appearance of the Bohema at the event follows the €1.43m hypercar’s recent visits to iconic racetracks including the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps during Praga’s European test drive programme. The first of the limited run of Bohema production cars is expected to leave the factory in November this year with handovers already scheduled for the first customers in Europe and USA.
