Praga Drivers on the Podium in Sosnová
25 April 2011, Sosnová, Czech Republic —
Last weekend proved to be a great success for Praga drivers Adam Janouš and Lukáš Vrečka, who finished 2nd and 3rd respectively in the KZ category at the MČR (Czech Championship) race in Sosnová, Czech Republic. Janouš, driver for the Praga Sumako Team, and Vrečka, driver for RF Kart Sport Club, both performed excellently, thanks in part to the great engine setups of Petr Klobás. This is the second podium finish for Janouš this year, who finished 1st in the Trofeo Margutti last month. Vrečka, who is suffering from spinal problems, made a tremendous showing, and even though he will be missing his upcoming race this weekend do to his injuries, he will hopefully be back on the track soon.
Also deserving a mention is Radim Maxa, new driver for the Praga Sumako Team, who finished 3rd in the Rotax Max category.
Praga owner Petr Ptacek is very pleased with the results, and believes that the Intrepid-designed chassis and the strength of the drivers is a winning combination that will only lead to better results in the future.
