Praga heads East as global R1 dealer network expands with the addition of Praga Racing UAE

Praga Cars confirms it has expanded its dealer network into the Middle East with the addition of Praga Racing UAE as the newest international partner for the R1 race car.

The newly contracted dealership, run by the renowned Dragon Racing team in Dubai, will supply R1 race cars and provide customer support across the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates). Praga’s global network of dealers already includes Australia/New Zealand, Benelux, California, Poland and the United Kingdom/Ireland.

Dragon Racing has years of experience and an impressive track record as the premier motorsport team in the GCC. Their pedigree is proven with titles including 2018 UAE F4 champions, two-time Dubai 24hrs GT3 class winners and GTX class winner. They have also run in the Radical Middle East Cup and Asia F3, and most recently, won the GT4 Class in the 2022 Dubai 24hrs in January 2022. Dragon Racing is currently competing their first customer Praga R1T in the NGK UAE Procar championship.
